Evaluation of IL-6 and IgE Levels in Iraqi Patients with Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU) in Baghdad, Iraq.

A skin condition known as chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), which lacks an obvious triggering factor, is characterized by recurrent transient wheals, angioedema, or both for longer than six weeks. the current study was focused to compared and diagnosis CSU using heamatological immunological parameters (White blood cell count, eosinophils (EO), IL-6 Total-IgE, in Chronic Urticaria patients were Clinically diagnosed dermatologists Specialized Center of Allergy Baghdad/Al-Rusafa with age ranged between (11-60), well a control group included 40 (11-60). The results demographic clinical characteristics displayed rate female higher male represented 56.3 43.8% respectively. showed there highly significant differences WBC , Total-IgE ,IL-6 EO but no difference at p ≤ 0.05. percentage high 51-60 21-30 year while those 41-50 had highest, level 211.7 ±38.96 IU/ml, 211.69 ±38.71IU/ml respectively highest 26.4 ±1.77 pg/ml year. count 9.2 ±1.34 cell/cm³blood, 9.3±1.21 cell/cm³blood In same time values various without treatment who undergoes into treatment, Finally ROC discriminated accurate biomarkers CSU.
